The Organization:
Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. They are hiring a Health / Clinical Informatics Lead for their corporate head office in Abu Dhabi.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for understanding clinical requirements in a healthcare setting and translating those requirements into formal specifications for clinical technology products and services. This includes leveraging and optimizing clinical systems to support standardized workflows and processes.
• Collaborates on identification, analysis, design, testing and implementation of electronic medical record and other clinical applications;
• Assists in the development of clinical informatics policies and procedures;
• Assists in the development and support plan for training on clinical systems;
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations and applies progressive discipline when appropriate.
