Arrange and follow up for Local Purchase orders and declarations from customers and Hospitals
Ensure all documentation is in compliance with MOH requirements
Execute order placements with suppliers
Follow up with supplier about status of the orders
communicate with customers and update about status of the orders.
Providing supporting documents to regulatory representatives and coordinate to apply import permits.
Closely monitor and follow up import permit approvals from Ministry.
prepare periodic reports ,-adhoc reports based on management requirement.
