To attend with all administrative matters related to recruitment and employment issues



Maintaining and Administrating the Oracle ERP and ensuring that periodical updates are made



Ensuring accuracy of all the information on Oracle
Maintaining and updating all department employee personnel records and files for the concerned department and observing the highest level of confidentiality of all information



Preparing the relevant documentation and ensuring that employment details are available and that paper-work and visa requirements are fulfilled



Liaising with the PRO team for work permits and visas issues
