Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear HR strategy (in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer) to support the achievement of business objectives and implement the agreed actions from the strategy in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR Department ensuring that the team of HR professionals are fully engaged with senior management at group, sector and business unit level in terms of proactive and high quality operational HR support to ensure that they deliver their individual financial and operational goals.
- Ensure that the organization and other group entities successfully recruit, retain and motivate high caliber individuals enabling us to have a strong “human capital” asset base with regard to comparable companies and local businesses.
- Standardize, simplify and streamline HR policies, procedures and practices across all group sectors and business units.
- Review the current organizational structure, processes and personnel with a view to improving efficiency, performance and profitability.
- Manage the PRO services, employees’ visas, permits, labor cards issuance and renewal, transfer of visas, trade & commercial license, liaison and communication with Government Authorities through Administration Manager.
- Understand the organization’s long-term goals and develop and enhance succession planning within the group over the next three to five years.
