Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, product and services, payments, cancelations, and other queries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels; Phone, email, web chat or social media
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Register new customer through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through various channels
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Researching and resolving client complaints and concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Maintain awareness of competitive activity and opportunities for product development
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Help generate sales leads, by selling the company’s products and service
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Act as the company gatekeeper
