Customer Service Supervisor - Harmony Connections

Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, product and services, payments, cancelations, and other queries.


  • Communicating with customers through various channels; Phone, email, web chat or social media

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Register new customer through various channels

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through various channels

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

  • Researching and resolving client complaints and concerns

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity and opportunities for product development

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

  • Help generate sales leads, by selling the company’s products and service

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Act as the company gatekeeper
