المهام الرئيسيّة:
التنسيق يومياً مع مدير دائرة المالية لمتابعة تنفيذ المهام المؤسسيّة التي تختص بها الدائرة، ووضع أولويات المشاريع وتوزيع الأعمال بإطار الهيكل التنظيمي للدائرة المكوّن من قسم الحسابات وقسم التسويات.
التواصل والتنسيق مع الوحدات التنظيمية الأخرى بشأن الأنشطة المؤسسية وفي مقدمتها أنشطة الاستثمار والإقراض، إضافة إلى تقوية البناء الهيكلي والخدمات المساندة.
تطوير أساليب العمل والمساهمة في تحديث النظم المعلوماتية وتعزيز ألية الإدارة الإلكترونية غير الورقية، بما يواكب تطوّر أنشطة الصندوق ويرفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، وتحديث أدلة وسياسات وإجراءات العمل.
المشاركة في فرق العمل واللجان التوجيهيّة المعنيّة بمشاريع إدارة المخاطر، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، والإستجابة لمتطلبات التدقيق الداخلي والتدقيق الخارجي.
الإشراف على إعداد وإصدار التقارير والبيانات الماليَة لأنشطة الصندوق.
إعداد الدراسات والمشاركة في الفعاليات بمجالات اختصاص دائرة المالية.
معاونة رؤساء الأقسام بالدائرة والمسؤولين من الوحدات التنظيمية الأخرى في وضع الخطط والميزانية الإدارية السنوية، وأية مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها لدعم جهود الدائرة.
تقديم الدعم والتوجيه لمنسوبي الدائرة وتنمية قدراتهم.

· Make sure to collect the cash as per visits and make sure nothing is pending to collect from patients.
· In case if any patient failed to make cash payment, report ASAP to patient administrator with proper back up papers.
· Refund of patients should be line with management policy, form to be filled up and proper approval to be secured before refund.
· Make sure to settle the bills on daily basis and report to IT if any technical problem to settle any of the bills.
· Always match the credit card sales with credit card machine z report and attach the z report along with daily sales cash report.
· Perform any other related duties and/or assignments as directed by the line manager.
