Job title – Junior Accountant / Administrative Assistant
2.0 Concepts is a professional audio visual provider offering a comprehensive range of services all geared to ensuring excellence of any audio-visual project, regardless of scale or complexity. The successful candidate will report to our managing director and accountant team.
2.0 Concepts is looking for a Junior Accountant who will also take on some Administrative Assistant tasks. Key duties and responsibilities are:
General Tasks
· Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
· Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
· Updating financial records via Zoho Books accounting software
· Creating quotations, invoices, sales orders, proforma invoices, purchase order and maintain records via online software platform Zoho Books.
· Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line via Zoho Expense
· Preparing weekly forecast and quarterly budget under the purview of senior management via Microsoft Excel.
· Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets
· Preparing vendor pricing analysis to determine best choice of material.
· The preparation of analysis, financial and technical proposals with excel.
· Manage helpdesk ticketing system. Manage incoming tickets, coordinate, and assign tickets to specified technicians.
· Ordering of office supplies
