Admin/Sales Coordinator
We are looking for Female Admin/ Sales Coordinator who will be assigned in our Warsan Branch. We prefer who has experience in kitchen appliances and can join immediately. Salary will be discussed upon interview.
Responsibilities:
- Provide office support services (Receiving Calls and responding to queries, maintaining General Filing System, Cash Handling, Preparing Invoices, Receipt, statements etc)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong Phone contact handling skills, and active listening
- Prepare estimate/quotation upon inquiry and coordinate deliveries to Service team.
- Monitor the availability of the appliances to have optimum stock to carry out the work.
- Assist customers inquiries in the showroom.
