Job Role:

Escorts patient to examination room, obtains pertinent information regarding reason for visit,

assists patient with preparation for examination, take vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure) and records in medical chart, and takes urine samples when indicated

Prepares patients for treatment procedures or examinations to be performed

Performs pediatric evaluations including vision and hearing assessments

Provides basic diabetic education including teaching home monitoring, insulin injections and foot care

Performs direct patient care services under the supervision of the provider

Performs procedures such as EKG’s, phlebotomy, injections, hearing and vision tests

Performs and document patient phone triage and advice, medication refills as directed by provider, immunizations, update of medication and problem lists

Performs needed duties in emergency situations such flood, fire, volcanic activity and

pandemic influenza out break

Records pharmaceutical request per the Pharmacy Policy and Procedure manual, i.e. records in Pharmaceutical Request Log

Pulls patient’s chart and reviews with patients’ primary provider, and records outcome in patient’s chart and Pharmaceutical Request Log

Assist Provider in screening patient health complaints by phone or in person

Demonstrates neat and professional appearance with clean hygiene

• Coordinates with Sr. Architect to interface with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure the quick approval of drawings compliant with the job requirements and contract. 


• Assists in checking and approving the compatibility of the Architectural, Civil, MEP and Steel cladding drawings and designs (both in-house and third party) in coordination with the relevant parties. 


• Ensures the timely delivery of updated “Issued for Construction” drawings after the approval of Sr. Architect and as defined by the drawings log set. 


• Assists in reviewing any design/drawings proposed by subcontractors.


• Keeps a backup of all the proposals on the Company’s server. 


• Follows-up the preparation of drawing submittal log in line with the overall project schedule in coordination with internal stakeholders.


• Coordinates with Project Manager to provide as Built Drawings for jobs on a timely basis and as per the requirements of the Construction function. 


• Performs site visits as needed to compare designs with actual site practices as well as to improve knowledge of practical building practices as requested. 


• Assists as needed in variation orders and reports the same to Sr. Architect.


• Assists in providing references to a library of standard constructible details of least
  cost implications. 


• Assists the Sr. Architect in the completion of the Engineering section Architectural Works of the End of Job Report.
