RAKBANK is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager, who will join a fast growing and an exciting business in the financial industry - Remittance and Retail Payments. It is a challenging opportunity in a team with very ambitious plans and targets.
Job purpose:
To target payroll and WPS customer base to drive sales volume for the remittance product. To work closely with corporate clients as well as end users in order to create and deliver a competitive proposition, resulting in better revenue and sales volume in all products of money transfers.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with the payroll team and payroll clients, C3 corporate clients, labor camps, C3 sales training
- Setting clear sales and customer acquisition targets
- Building and deepening relationships with existing customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenue
- Conducting market research related functions i.e. competition management, products, price points in order to achieve maximum market share and better margins for the company
- Managing customer acquisition and marketing programs in order to maximize revenue for the Bank Developing and using tools like business and customer analytics to achieve this goal
- Focusing on business development by activating sales opportunities – SWIFT / other payment options
- Facilitating quick response times – responding to external and internal triggers: FX rates, competition, cross-sell opportunities, bundling etc.
- Ensuring that the business is booked as per laid down procedures & guidelines, and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements
- Assisting in development of operational procedures to ensure smooth running of the product
- Working closely with the marketing team to plan promotion campaigns to build volumes
- Handling escalations related to products, customer service delays
- Providing necessary MIS on a regular basis to the management, including daily sales report
