Lead the development and management of new and existing products through meticulous focus on market research and analysis. ▪ Provide guidance and support for the effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
▪ Lead the effective implementation of Market Development Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous Improvement
▪ Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
▪ Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Market Development
▪ Build and manage the product portfolio for company in line with the company strategy, market requirements and trends. Lead the development and management of new and existing products through meticulous focus on market research and analysis. Drive market information services ensuring seamless dissemination of the required data and information to the relevant stakeholders
▪ Identify and analyse macro-economic factors influencing the business and make contingency plans accordingly viz., market slowdowns etc.
▪ Prepare business plans / revenue projections for various aspects of all product segments in line with the analysed economic factors
▪ Guide the product segments to analyse turnover trends and benchmark to competition with respect to market information and devise strategies to counter the same
▪ Continuously liaise with the critical stakeholder group viz., Regulatory Bodies, Financial Institutions, Industry Associations, Key Industry People & Educational Institutions, International Stock exchanges and service providers, brokers etc.
▪ Lend expertise to the product segment teams of each segment to innovate products
▪ Assist with driving product message and building partnership across Investor Services including technology, operations, external vendors and multiple product streams
▪ Work closely with Business Development Team to drive revenue growth business development in EMEA
▪ Participation in external industry events and committees
▪ Research new market trends and competitor updates
▪ Preparation of internal and external process flows & product marketing materials
Data Dissemination
▪ Conduct outreach to key stakeholders with emphasis on creating and delivering presentations to explain the availability and usability of market data ▪ Work with diverse stakeholders to meet their data needs and elicit support as & when needed
▪ Define data architecture in collaboration with IT and Business Development
▪ Analyze Pricing Data
▪ Develop Forecasts and Models
▪ Determine Pricing and Marketing Strategies

▪ Coordinating every aspect of the project from reviewing and approving contract terms to coordinating deadlines.
▪ Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters
▪ Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
▪ Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities
▪ Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
Market Research & Innovation
▪ Undertake extensive research on customer trends and needs, existing and upcoming product and services offerings in the market
▪ Leads, assigns and manages the innovation projects based on the company schedules
▪ Train and develops the innovation team. Communicates performance expectations to employees and delivers feedback as required.
▪ Provides guidance and technical direction on projects development and deployment.
▪ Develops and maintains collaborative partnerships with key vendors and cross-functional teams within the Company Market Development to target innovation and new technology.
▪ Evaluates and provides guidance based on the performance of new prototypes against project goals and benchmarks.
▪ Supports marketing in the implementation and management of the Company Research and Innovation, as well as provides technical assistance in creating marketing sheets.
▪ Prepares and communicates the Research & Innovation product vision, new technologies, product ideas, and new ingredients to higher management and to cross-functional teams in order to bring a proactive thinking.
