#ناف پر دلچسپ معلومات : صدقہ جاریہ سمجھ کر شیئیر کریںناف اللہ سبحان و تعالیٰ کی طرف سے ایک خاص تحفہ ھے ۔ 62 سال کی عمر کے ایک بوڑھے آدمی کو لیفٹ آنکھ سے صحیح نظر نہیں آ رہا تھا - خاص طور پر رات کو تو اور نظر خراب ھو جاتی تھی ۔ڈاکٹروں نے انہیں بتایا کہ آپ کی آنکھیں تو ٹھیک ہیں -بس ایک پرابلم ھے - کہ جن رگوں سے آنکھوں کو خون فراہم ھوتا ھے - وہ سوکھ گئی ہیں ۔سائنس کے مطابق سب سے پہلے اللہ کی تخلیق انسان میں ناف بنتی ھے - جو پھر ایک کارڈ کے ذریعے ماں سے جڑ جاتی ھے ۔ اور اس ہی خاص تحفے سے جو باظاہر ایک چھوٹی سی چیز ھے - ایک پورا انسان فارم ھو جاتا ھے ۔ سبحان اللہ#ناف کا سوراخ ایک حیران کن چیز ھے : - ☆سائنس کے مطابق ایک انسان کے مرنے کے تین گھنٹے بعد تک ناف کا یہ حصہ گرم رہتا ھے - وجہ اس کی یہ بتائی جاتی ھے - کہ یہاں سے بچے کو ماں کے ذریعے خوراک ملتی ھے ۔ بچہ پوری طرح سے 270 دن میں فارم ھو جاتا ھے - یعنی 9 مہینے میں ۔یہ وجہ ھے - کہ ہماری تمام رگیں اس مقام سے جڑی ھوتی ہیں ۔ اس کی اپنی ایک خود کی زندگی ھوتی ھے ۔پیچوٹی ناف کے اس سوراخ کے پیچھے موجود ھوتی ھے - جہاں تقریبا 72،000 رگیں موجود ھوتی ہیں ۔ ہمارے جسم وجود رگیں - اگر پھیلائی جائیں تو زمین کے گرد دو بار گھمائی جا سکتی ہیں ۔#علاج : - ☆آنکھ اگر سوکھ جائے - صحیح نظر نا آتا ھو -پتہ صحیح کام نا کر رہا ھو - پاؤں یا ھونٹ پھٹ جاتے ھوں - چہرے کو چمک دار بنانے کے لیے - بال چمکانے کے لیے - گھٹنوں کے درد - سستی - جوڑوں میں درد، سکن کا سوکھ جانا -#طریقہ علاج : - ☆آنکھوں کے سوکھ جانا - صحیح نظر نہیں آنا - گلونگ کھال اور بال کے لیے روز رات کو سونے سے پہلے تین قطرے خالص دیسی گھی کے یا ناریل کے تیل کے ناف کے سوراخ میں ٹپکائیں اور تقریبا ڈیرھ انچ سوراخ کے ارد گرد لگائیں ۔گھٹنوں کی تکلیف دور کرنے کے لیے تین قطرے ارنڈی کے تیل کے تین قطرے سوراخ میں ٹپکائیں اور ارد گرد لگائیں جیسے اوپر بتایا ھے ۔کپکپی اور سستی دور کرنے کے لیے اور جوڑوں کے درد میں افاقہ کے لیے اور سکن کے سوکھ جانے کو دور کرنے کے لیے سرسوں کے تیل کے تین قطرے اوپر بتائے گئے طریقے کے مطابق استعمال کریں -#ناف کے سوراخ میں تیل کیوں ڈالا جائے - ☆ناف کے سوراخ میں اللہ نے یہ خاصیت رکھی ھے -کہ جو رگیں جسم میں اگر کہیں سوکھ گئی ہیں -تو ناف کے ذریعے ان تک تیل پہنچایا جا سکتا ھے ۔جس سے وہ دوبارہ کھل جاتی ہیں -بچے کے پیٹ میں اگر درد ھو تو ہینگ پانی اور تیل میں مکس کر کے ناف کے ارد گرد لگائیں چند ہی منٹوں میں ان شاءاللہ اللہ کے کرم سے آرام آ جائے گا ۔#تناو کی کمی کے لئے ناف میں : - ☆آب پیاز بیس گرام -روغن ذیتون آدھ پاو -میں جلا کے لگانے سے یہ مسلہ حل ھو جاتا ھے -ناف کے اندر اور باہر مالش کرنے سے -#برائے کان کے لئے : - ☆کانوں میں سائیں سائیں کی آواز آتی ھو -تو سرسوں کے تیل پچاس گرام میں تخم ہرمل دو عدد پیس کر ناف میں پندرہ دن لگانے سے سائیں سائیں کی آواز آنا ختم ھو جاتی ھے ۔#قوت سماعت کے لئے : - ☆قوت سماعت کی کمی دور کرنے کے لئے -سرسوں کے پچاس گرام تیل میں دار چینی پیسیں -بیس گرام جلا کے وہ تیل ناف میں لگانے سے قوت سماعت میں بہتری آتی ھے ۔#پیٹ کا پھولنا : - ☆پچاس گرام سرسوں کے تیل میں بیس گرام کلونجی کا تیل ملا کے ہلکا گرم کر کے ٹھنڈا کر کے لگانے سے دو ماہ میں پیٹ کنٹرول ھو جاتا ھے ☆بڑا قبض کشا نسخہ ھے -اگر نہانے کے بعد روغن زیتون ناف میں لگا دیں -اور مزے کی بات یہ کہ الرجی اور زکام نہیں ھوتا -ذرا غور کیجیے جو علم آپ تک پہنچا وہ امانت ھے ان لوگوں کی جو لاعلم ہیں لہذا یہ امانت اس کے حقدار تک سبھی اپنا اپنا فرض ادا کریں اچھی اچھی معلوماتی و دینی پوسٹس کو ذیادہ سے زیادہ شیئر کیا کریںSee More
