l 配合销售与市场团队参与客户关系拓展与维护,参加展会等活动

l 制作售前技术方案,与客户交流澄清

l 完成方案的成本测算和商务报价

l 按公司流程协调内部与外部资源,完成项目开通交付

l 梳理和更新区域内各国的供应商资源,定期评估供应商表现

l 其他主管领导分配的工作任务

•        Working with Sales to represent your company in a professional manner. Attend Business meeting and industry exhibitions. To give advisory on customer telecommunication requirements to sales teams and customers.

•        Support sales team for customer enquiry and clarification, providing technical advice and analysis, formulating the optimum solution proposal and service implementation to customers.

•        Calculate overall on-net and offnet costs of proposed solution, advise sales team on the appropriate quotation to customer.

•        Follow up on service provisioning actions both internally and with customer, liaise with suppliers/vendors in project delivery, solve technical concern and manage technical support with network team during the process.

•         

•        Evaluate suppliers/vendors on regular basis, ensure all details on the database are maintained and updated accurately.

•        Other assignments from line manager
