Sea Import coordinator
· Full Knowledge of sea import operations.
· Communicate daily with overseas agents and shipping lines for timely manner updates.
· Daily shipments tracking and notify for any changes in routings, T/T, short shipments and keep records.
· Communicate with clients ( emails/ phone) and update on their shipments ( pre-alerts, arrival, clearance and delivery)
· Knowledge of moving multiple shipments under one MBL.
· Liaise with customs clearance and delivery departments.
· Monitoring and reviewing all agents billing & shipping line costs, invoicing promptly based on agreed rates.
