- The purpose of this job is to build the team, motivating and delivering sales targets on a monthly basis.
- The right candidate will have experience as a Manager running sales teams and be able to demonstrate a proven track record.
- Managing a team of sales professionals
- Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives
- Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
- Exposure to regional and global markets
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
- Functional & Technical Skills
- Strong sales activity management experience
- Lead and train the sales team to achieve stretch targets
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- A good negotiator and a strong leader
- Drive & passion to roll up the sleeves and get the job done
- Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads.
- Good Team Leader, Sales Oriented & Commission Driven.

- Must have his/her own stock
- Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to be an inspiring leader.
- Superior management and professional leadership skills; capable managing a team.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate law and local fair housing laws and provisions.
- Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain fiduciary responsibility. Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
