Office Manager - Black & Grey HR

Black & Grey HR has partnered with a well established Training Institute with a presence across six countries. Our client is looking to hire an Office Manager with exceptional administrative and clerical skills. You will be expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

<br />- Complete various administrative activities for the Abu Dhabi Office.
<br />- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
<br />- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
<br />- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
<br />- Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use.
<br />- Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
<br />- Operate and maintain office equipment.
<br />- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
<br />- Materials Management, including but not limited to: sending slide-books for printing, preparing delegate's kits, printing Certificates, reviewing learning materials, confirming couriers for shipment, packing materials in boxes, arranging pick-up of materials, tracking materials during transit.
<br />- Materials inventory for the Abu Dhabi office.
<br />- Inform colleagues upon receiving ordered books
<br />- Collects cheques and/ or any other documents on behalf of colleagues.
<br />- Submit documentation to DMCC counter; collaborate with governmental institutions per need.
<br />- Evaluate prices and suppliers for purchasing office materials.
<br />- Scan Evaluation Forms, Competency Forms and other documents, per need.
<br />- Ship Invoices, corrected/ additional Certificates and other documents to clients.

<br />Requirements- Degree in Business Administration (desirable).
<br />- Certificate in Business Administration or related (essential).
<br />- 4 years of experience in an executive support role.
<br />- Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
<br />- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
<br />- Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
<br />- Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
<br />- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
<br />- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
<br />- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
