National Sales Manager (Retail/Key accounts) - Mezzan Holding K.S.C.P

  • Must have handled accounts like Carrefour, Spinneys
  • Must have atleast 10+ years in Retail channel (specifically food & beverages)
  • Spearhead & execute the country specific sales report, distribution targets, MTD performance and analyze and recommend action plans.
  • Set up annual targets and develop a detailed operational plan: volume, value, P&L follow-up and reporting. Review and agree those targets for the channel.
  • Must be involved in making BDAs & negotiations with the accounts
  • Seek agreement based on strategic business objective with B2B Commercial Manager / Sales Manager. Develop periodic and responsive reviews with them. 
  • Set annual plan with high level targets of get, keep, and increase.
  • Target business growth within the sector with potential new business opportunities.
  • Optimize Brand Equity and visibility, brand exposure and product trials
  • Define & optimize annual budgets and invest accountable for tracking and maintaining spending.
  • Identify right contact persons (Buyers, Sales, Marketing) and involve them in the development and implementation of the plans.
