Aerospace Contracts Administrator
The Contract Administrator is responsible for administration functions of Pre-qualification, supplier’s registration and performance processes. He or she will also support the Procurement team on all contractual administrative tasks (Contracts management) and duties as required and liaise directly with suppliers during the Pre-qualification and pos ward contract process. He or She will support members of the Supply Chain team and act as the main supplier’ POC (Pont of Contact) for the organization, with general administrative tasks related to correspondence, organizing meetings with the supplier’ and internal MFT (Multi-Functional Team) and completing / archiving the relevant forms. Main Responsibilities
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for: •
Guiding the Supplier through from registration of interest to Pre-qualification and pos ward process • Updating the Supplier’s profile on the Supply chain database • Setting up feedback meetings between the supplier, Project Manager and Commercial manager to assess performance • Updating and control suppliers performance meetings and improvement plans • Registering change requests on the database •Controls Contract milestone & deliverable, including coordinate with account team the properly documents to support payment and when necessary issue notifications to the project finance provider • Developing the contracts administration function work plan. • Ensuring that contract management is to the highest professional standards, that all information is current, and the team is receiving the information they need to fulfil their responsibilities.
