The Sales Director will be responsible to drive our clients solution into the Real Estate Brokerage market. He or She will be leveraging from UAE theirs real estate and developers C-Level network to introduce our client solution.

Our client is Multinational Financial Institution that is investing in a Real Estate solution that has been used successfully in the US and now they intend to set up that business unit here in Dubai.

Description

The Sales Director will be responsible for:
Set up company targets combined with the boardDevelop a business plan to develop relationships with Tier 1 Real Estate brokerage agencies and DevelopersCreating online and offline marketing strategies to product awarenessDesigning a customer service experience to maximise the "Sales through service"


Profile
Minimum 7 years in UAE market in a Real Estate Brokerage or DeveloperExcellent presentation skills to be able to interact with C-Level stakeholders in the Real Estate IndustryHighly motivated, committed and enthusiasticDemonstrate strong initiativeHard-workingAbility to work independently
