Operation Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

  • To follow up orders, shipments, documents, warehouses, sales, remaining stock and the need to order more.
  • Support the Inventory Management and Liquidation team in attaining their goal of efficient management of inventory and achieve targets.
  • Responsible for maintaining results data and providing efficient administrative support to the department.
  • Perform administrative functions for Division Head and the entire team.
  • Update the activity planner with regard to sales and targets.
  • Coordinate in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with concerned Department Heads with regard to scheduling of activities planned.
  • Update sales figure, generate daily, weekly and monthly and annual reports as per instructions of Division Head.
  • To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Division Head.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming inquiries from the team.
  • Develop and maintain well organised filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
  • Communicate with the Managers and Director for the status and position of sales.
  • Support the Inventory Management and Liquidation team in administrative functions.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Division Head.
