- To follow up orders, shipments, documents, warehouses, sales, remaining stock and the need to order more.
- Support the Inventory Management and Liquidation team in attaining their goal of efficient management of inventory and achieve targets.
- Responsible for maintaining results data and providing efficient administrative support to the department.
- Perform administrative functions for Division Head and the entire team.
- Update the activity planner with regard to sales and targets.
- Coordinate in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with concerned Department Heads with regard to scheduling of activities planned.
- Update sales figure, generate daily, weekly and monthly and annual reports as per instructions of Division Head.
- To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Division Head.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming inquiries from the team.
- Develop and maintain well organised filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
- Communicate with the Managers and Director for the status and position of sales.
- Support the Inventory Management and Liquidation team in administrative functions.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Division Head.
