These are the main responsibilities:
? To quickly acquire a detailed understanding and knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools used by collections unit. Thorough knowledge of SAS.
? Design, develop & automate MIS to monitor daily performance, productivity and daily MIS models.
? To maintain accuracy and integrity of department reporting and analytical tool as per defined work instruction and test procedures.
? To produce standard reports by using Access, Excel and business objects as per agreed schedule or on request.
? To prepare collections and recovery performance report for teams to ensure goals and objectives are met.
? Ability to process, analyze, interpret and present data, as well as recommend actions based on the results
? To work positively and work professionally at all times.
? To use initiatives and make suggestions that might contribute to overall effectiveness.
? Track key performance indicators and monitor staff performance against key performance targets.
? Prepare monthly and quarterly capacity planning.
? Time to time develop models and new MI that are required to monitor performance.
? Ability to communicate effectively with people and establish good working relationships especially within a team environment
? Perform any other job that may be assigned from time to time
? To support to any department initiatives.
? To proactively manage personal development.
