Functions:

• Follow the Maintenance Manager, deputy Maintenance Manager and Operation and Maintenance Manager’s directives.
• Ensures that his subordinates follows the established planning and performs their tasks correctly.
• Provides his subordinates with advices and ensure that their work is done according to the best practice and defined deadlines.
• Ensure the communication and work in connection with the Electricity / automatism supervisor.
• Ensure that his subordinates follow the safety procedures, reports any abnormal situation to his manager or to the HQSSE manager.
• Transmit the established work procedures to his subordinates and make sure that they are well respected.
• Extracts the information from the CMMS and dispatches the tasks to his subordinates.
• Reports the daily situation on the CMMS in order to ensure in time reporting and accurate information.
• Reports directly to the Operation manager and Plant director in case of critical situation.
• Ensure maintaining the workshop equipments including small and big tools.
• Performs and report the periodical tools, spare parts and consumables inventory as defined by his managers.
• Provides accurate information and advices related to the required spare parts.
• Evaluates the activity of his subordinates and reports any abnormal situation to his managers.
• Participates in the performance evaluation of his subordinates if required by his managers.
• Participates in the procedures elaboration linked but not limited to the mechanical activities.
• Is available for overtime when required by his manager.
• Ensures that the mechanical workshop is maintained cleaned and well organized.
• Contributes to the plant performances by performing works according to the best practices and ensuring the highest service quality.
• Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety statutory requirements, company QHSSE policy and accepted safe work practices and procedures.
• Conduct work activities in a manner that conforms to the quality expectations of the company, does not poses any nuisance or pollution to the environment, danger to your own health and safety and the same of other employees.
