MARKETING COORDINATOR

  • Develops overall marketing strategy and execution plans, both for internal and external people.
  • Work on the company website, client presentation and social media platforms.
  • Brand management by making sure all employees are working in conformity with the company brand book and overall marketing strategy- in behaviour, etiquette, branded stationary- to have homogeneity in between departments and towards external client.
  • Work on ensuring the company areas and spaces are conferring to the overall company marketing strategy.
  • Supports go-to-market strategies (implementation of sales and marketing collateral materials including presentations, RFPs, brochures, feature/product sheets, newsletters, case studies and other collateral) as needed to support sales and other internal partners.
  • Develops and implements lead generation and demand creation programs (e.g., online marketing, social media marketing email campaigns, search marketing, content sponsorships, direct mail).
  • Plans and executes corporate events and campaigns in cooperation with the HR and Office management departments.
  • Prepares yearly Marketing Expense Report and Corporate Events Plan which will promote the A3 brand and any other campaigns of A3
  • Coordinates with Art Dept., Designers or freelancers for graphic requirements.
  • Coordinates with suppliers for marketing collaterals
