The successful candidate will be responsibility for assisting Leasing and management team on activities related to leasing of new and existing store leases. The candidate will provide organizational and administrative support for the Leasing and Management staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain up to date store leases data & flagging of upcoming lease renewals, expiries etc.
- Coordination with landlords on leasing documentation, follow up, execution etc.
- Review of commercial terms and data analysis to seek internal approvals.
- Prepare summary of commercial terms and place them for internal review for senior management.
- Coordinate with other support departments for successful completion of documents required for a retail store delivery.
- Communicate directly with other departments and Landlords responding to related queries in coordination with line manager.
- Update data in BI systems
