Job Summary
Assisting JM-Production and supervision of Premixes Feed Mill operations, in line with production plan within budgeted cost and ensuring quality as per defined standards.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Assisting Junior Manager in managing production, Operating & Delivery of F.G. as per Production schedule in co-ordination with Supply chain & Q.A team for Premix and feed Plant.
- Able to run Wincos or scada software.
- Run Oracle all tools.
- Suggest improvement in machine output i.e in accordance with a list of manufacturing KPIs, efficiency including OEE by making sure availability of all resources and fixing all operational constraints.
- Ensure implementation of daily maintenance of equipment’s by operators/Mechanics and release machines for planned preventive maintenance and Minimize Breakdown.
- Strict adherence to process quality standards to reduce market complaints.
- Inspect plant and to ensure that hygienic conditions are maintained in the plant premises.
