Description:
- Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions in consultation with the CEO
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Assist and oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Ensure all operations on the grounds are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Organize and directly oversee workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of several diversified personnel within the organization
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Other tasks deemed appropriate by the CEO
