Job Title: Lifesaving / First Aid Tutor
Reporting to: Hamilton Training and Quality Assurance Manger
Responsibilities:
Included, but not limited to:
• To prepare for and deliver a range of courses to the expected standard of Hamilton Training.
• Deliver monthly staff training fulfilling HT contractual obligations.
• To liaise with the Training Admin & Marketing Assistant to ensure the smooth running of all courses and monthly training.
• To maintain a comprehensive filing system including archival and storage inventories.
• To conduct and record swimming pool safety pool audits
• Generate leads and arrange meetings to increase growth.
• To attend company events, sign up days, open days and galas as and when required.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the line manager and senior management.
• Representing Hamilton Aquatics in a professional and positive manner always, adhering to the company values.
