Candidates would be expected to dedicate themselves to both curriculum and extra-curricular swimming, as well has organizing and attending galas. Although much of the role would be based around swimming, the chosen candidate would be expected to contribute to the wider responsibilities within the school and department when swimming is not being taught as frequently.
