Business Development Executive - ENDOSHRED

SALES & MARKETING

  1. Aggressively market and sell services to prospective customers in the region
  2. Develop customer leads activity through telephone and door-to-door cold-calling, appointment setting and direct mail campaigns.
  3. Develop and maintain pipeline of opportunities for the region
  4. Develop and maintain a sales strategy for the region
  5. In conjunction with the Head of Business & Strategy, develop and set specific and measurable sales targets on a monthly and annual basis
  6. Remain current with external conditions (clients, competitors, business trends, new business developments, service rates and practices) inorder to optimize EndoShred in the market place
  7. Coordinate with Information Security Specialist and Customer Service Officers on confirmed service appointments daily
  8. Implement and demonstrate best practices to sell EndoShred Solutions to prospective and existing customers
  9. Report daily activities and sales results to the Head of Strategy & Business Development
  10. Maintains a responsible approach to all security and safety matters related to EndoShred operations, following the company’s policies and procedures at all times and bringing the manager's attention to any areas of concern

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  1. Liaise with customers to understand their requirements with respect to products and services that the business currently offers
  2. Establish strong relationship with current and potential customers in the region
  3. Receive active feedback from clients on service provided
  4. Serve as a helpful expert in exceeding customer expectations on a regular basis
