To manage Product line, Product development, compliance with country regulations, perform marketing & promotion activities and analyze market data for clients Air conditioning business in the MENA region.
Position Responsibilities:
· Make product strategies in line-up and pricing for each subsidiary in MENA
· Manage product compliance against current/upcoming country regulations for each country in the dedicated region.
· Highlight the product line gaps for each country and present encounter measurement to address factory for product development.
· Analyse each market and seek demand and consumer insights for premium product development to put client ahead of competition.
· Conduct marketing activities to promote AC sales online and offline channels
· Responsible for technical compliance reviews. Review product catalogues with the coordination with HQ and subsidiary PM for each country.
· Responsible for Launch strategies across the region for new product line-up to be arranged with RHQ team.
· Conduct country-specific & segment specific competitor and technical product comparisons and continuously analyse Data (GfK etc.) from periodic market research/sales audits and present action plan with countermeasures.
· Collect data from SCM and each partner to analyse and report.
· Work very closely with RHQ, HQ and Subsidiary Product Managers in MENA to support wins and secure manufacturing capacity.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders RHQ AC members to ensure regional events and marketing plans are set and planned and successfully executed in due time.
