- Managing and organizing daily restaurant operations, setting customer service standards, maintaining the highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for FOH & BOH personnel management and training and organizing shift schedules
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Handle customer complaints and ensure issues or problems are resolved
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
