- Provide admin & clerical support to the project team and the General Manager.
- Manage & monitors incoming and outgoing email from the company’s email.
- Answer incoming calls from the office landline and direct calls to responsible person concerned.
- Clerical duties such as typing email & other business correspondences, sorting mails, making copies of the documents related to project and office admin
- Prepare tenders / quotations to be submitted to the client on the specified due date.
- Organizing project files such as Project Letters, Site Instructions, Material Submittal, Shop Drawing Submittal, Inspection Request, Material Delivery Inspection, Document Transmittal and other necessary documents related to projects
- Update and keep track of document control logs for each project
- Assist on laborers time sheet recording
- Responsible for keeping a project diary, and assisting in making project reports as directed by the Project Manager
- Maintain & update the client and vendor list.
- Assist in following up the vendors / sub- contractors for the quotations, reports or any document required for the project as directed by the Engineers
- Sorting, filing and arranging project documents properly, ensuring soft and hard copies are provided.
