Role Purpose:
To generate sales in the exciting field of videography and filmmaking. To create strategies on how to approach the target market, establish a customer base and deliver impactful pitches. To win over projects and successfully close deals.
Role Description:
- Establishing a customer base and winning projects for the company
- Delivering pitches to existing and potential clients
- In addition to looking after existing leads, finding new ways to approach potential customers and get them excited about UnSquare Films
- Implementing the sales strategy and improvising it in line with the company’s vision
- Being creative and authentic in your approach to get new customers and retain existing customers
- Leading negotiations to close the deal. Resolving the customer’s concerns during the process
- Dealing with customer concerns with empathy
- Submitting accurate and timely monthly sales forecast and weekly updates
- Building relationships with customers
- Following up on payment for projects of your client base
- Staying up to date on the market intelligence and the competitive insight

- Achievement of sales targets
- Maintaining pipeline and forecast information and submitting it timely and accuratel
