Job Description:
Assist and support Restaurant Manager in managing and organizing daily restaurant operations, setting customer service standards, maintaining the highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and 100% customer satisfaction
Act and support FOH & BOH management and training and organizing shift schedules
Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
Handle customer complaints and ensure issues or problems are resolved
Qualifications:
45 y/o and below
At least 1 year of UAE experience in the same or related role in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
