- Greet customers as they walk into the restaurant
- Help guests’ seat in the waiting area while they wait for a table
- Provide customers with menus and answering any questions they may have
- Optimize seating and different tables to ensure an even workload for wait staff
- Answer phones and schedule reservations with large group
