About the Position:
Al Futtaim Motors is currently looking to recruit an experienced Reception Manager to join our team in Dubai. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will create a customer centric environment that is geared at supporting customer facing and technical staff by ensuring that our customers vehicles are Fix Right the First Time and support the on time delivery of vehicles based on customer requests. You will provide a customer facing environment that is geared to supporting our customer service values and cultivate a culture of continual improvement.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensures that Reception area is well managed and operates smoothly for high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction for customer Retention and business development.
- Carry out pre-booking of vehicles for Service to ensure proper workshop loading.
- Ensure vehicle is received efficiently and in a professional manner to assure customer that his vehicle is in safe hands.
- Ensure job card is opened efficiently and accurately for quick and correct execution of the job and once the job is completed; raise necessary invoices to ensure timely delivery and collection of payment from customers.
- Ensure effective personal and telephonic communication with customers regarding charges, approvals and negotiations.
You will be assigned in a busy workshop & multi-cultural environment where you need to maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency, discipline and professionalism among your people.
