· Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
· Analyzing market trends to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.

· Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
· Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

· Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, online postings, social media platforms posting, face-to-face meetings, and business presentations designed to identify engage prospective new customers.

· Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.
