• Oversee procurement operations including vendor liaising, negotiations, contracting ensuring adherence to organizational standards and requirements
• Lead the purchasing operations staying abreast of potential suppliers and carry out appropriate assessments to identify shortlists
• Review and maintain related policies and procedures and recommends necessary amendments in line with business and section needs
• Lead or participate in contract/ subcontract negotiations with all relevant parties to facilitate the smooth and successful conclusion of negotiations
• Manage the resolution of procurement issues to facilitate effective business decision-making.
• Support and implement pricing and payment strategies and policies in assigned areas
