Job Description:

  • Understands, prepares, and executes various baking methods for pastries, cakes, and breads
  • Responsible for ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering, central or cloud kitchen production for pastry section
  • Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
  • Prepares professional standard recipe
  • Produces high quality dish both design and taste wise
  • Responsible for health, safety, and food hygiene practices
