- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve user end PCs/Laptops software issues.
- Knowledgeable in Mocrosoft Office 2013/2016/2019 & 365 applications.
- Firewall installation and administration, VPN configuration
- Installation of Antivirus • Installation and maintenance of Backup
- Installation and configuration of IP Telephony
- Handling AMC Customers
- Coordinating with Vendors to create, escalate and solve the issues related to Email, Backup, Server administration
