HR Admin Assistant - Fitwell Landscape Gardening LLC

□ Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)

□ Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

□ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

□ Assist in office administrative tasks

□ Coordinate needed technology and supplies for new hires as well as existing employees

□ Assist in training new employees and answering questions

□ Assist in managing and responding to CEO’s email and correspondence

□ Coordinate CEO’s schedule, meeting request and travel

□ Book travel needs

□ Complete HR and Admin tasks as required
