Abadia is seeking an executive assistant to our Creative Director. This position includes assisting in the growth and development of the brand, while actively contributing to all sectors of the company. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, an unstoppable curiosity and eagerness to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide calendar and scheduling coordination to ensure the most effective use of the company’s time and attention
- Provide all preparatory materials for appointments and meetings and assist director and designer with client appointments and presentations
- Develop communication material; editing, creating, etc
- Proactively anticipate, identify and resolve any potential external or internal issues on a daily basis
- Manage inventory and keep track of samples
- Create, manage and follow through with invoice processing to clients
- Liaise between clients and production to ensure shipments arrive on schedule
