We are looking for a dynamic Employee Relations specialist to join our expanding HR team.
The Role:
- Coordinate with employees and the PR Dept on renewal formalities, ensuring periodic renewal reminder to employees are respective teams to decide and initiate the process and maintain renewal tracker for the process.
- Coordinate with employee and respective departments for the visa cancellation of employees. Prepare the resignation acceptance letter and ensure the final settlements are prepared in accordance with prevailing labour policy and ensure employee repatriate without any overstay.
- Responding to employee grievance and considering the prevailing labour law & company policy, advising management on further measures.
- Assist employees in any additional administrative / back-office duties such as managing company transportation, parking, coordinating for stationaries etc.
- Preparation of monthly MIS report and HR Score card for the management.
- Troubleshoot the HRMS issues using the admin rights and ensure the concerns reported in HRMS are closed within the requested time frame
- Ensuring the audit findings are rectified and closed as per the agreed timeframe.
