As an E-commerce specialist, you will be responsible for all the Online Sales of our products across all platforms .
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring day-to-day activity on all websites
- Making sure Physical stock matches Online stock
- Executing Market Research to ensure product listing & pricing is competitive & visible enough
- Managing customer-user experience to ensure an overall smooth transactions
- Providing full customer support for all sales inquiries
- Liaising with courier companies to ensure fast deliveries
- Working closely with Social Media team to increase website traffic and sales
- Working with co-workers in and brainstorming for fresh ideas to generate Ad Campaigns on search engines and implementing digital marketing strategies
\[\[\[\[\[ Experience in Google Ads, SEO, Boosting & Promoting Products Online is A PLUS
