The key priority of this role is to deliver an excellent and memorable customer experience during all interactions with existing and potential parents, visitors, staff, and students.
The key responsibilities of our front of house team are:
- To provide accurate information to visitors on a full range of topics
- Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and maintaining a database of school visitors
- To ensure that GEMS policies, procedures, and code of conduct are followed at all times
- Working closely with the front of house team, attend staff meetings, and serve on committees when required
