Job Description:
Deal with the full cycle of human resources leadership in accordance to the MOHRE process from overseeing payroll, documentations, employment requests and process improvements
Be a business partner to finalize stage in employment hiring and or termination in line with labor laws procedure
Responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of HR strategies at the group level,
Act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters
Support robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture thru management of KPIs /grades
