Admin Manager - AL SADAH REAL ESTATE

Looking for an experienced Administration Manager for Sharjah with real estate background. Must be experienced in commercial, residential and retail leasing and property management. Must be knowledgable of facility management and have the skills to lead a team and execute tasks. Must have fair knowledge of areas in sharjah, dubai and ajman, and the latest market trends in real estate.


Qualifications


Masters in Business Administration or any equivalent degree.


Basic Job Requisites


- Overlook day - to - day operations of the branch working together with Sales, Administration, HR & Finance Department


- Assist sales team in building the property inventory and evaluation of properties and setting the appropriate price point for the same


- Plan, prepare and execute budget control in different aspects of operations


- Assist in managing incoming & outgoing payments and assist in forecasting payables, monitor petty cash, vendor and supplier payments


- Overlooking all vendor and supplier contracts and negotiating terms and ensuring services are provided to the best of industry standards


- Supervising the staff's customer interaction and providing regular training to ensure efficiency in communication and customer service


- Ensuring all invoices, occupancy reports, landlord report are completed within the stipulated timeline. Ensuring the timely renewals of tenancy contracts, maintenance contracts and concerns are attended well on time


- Plan and organize quarterly recruitment schedule as per the vacancies available


- Directly liaise with sharjah municipality, SEWA, DEWA, RERA, DM, Land Department pertaining to the nature of matter.
