• Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business opportunities in the field of interior fit out and joinery projects.
• New client acquisition through market research and existing contacts.
• Act as a liaison between departments to share information and ensure client needs are addressed.
• Works collaboratively with the project teams to ensure the client retention by driving/demanding superior client service thru the organization.
• Successful onboarding of new client accounts. Effectively communicate client needs, requirements and contractual obligations.
• Maintain strong marketplace awareness of potential interior fit-out, Joinery projects.
Qualifications:
• Must have a valid UAE Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proven candidates with UAE experience in interior fit-out, Joinery work and has strong relationship with suppliers, contractors, consultants, developers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication organization, follow-up and negotiation skills required.
• Work based Salary and Commission.
