DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to inbound calls form different Clients
- Performing cold-calling with prospective customers.
- Posting and engagements in different social media platforms.
- Sending emails messages to Clients/Customers/Prospective Clients.
- Maintaining Clients/Customers/Companies data base in timely manner.
- Admin works such as preparing meeting agendas, attending and taking minutes of meeting, following-up the tasks with internal team and making reports as per the managements requires.
- Perform other general task as required by the Manager.
