Operations Assistant - Al Mutawa Equipment Rental LLC

Assisting the Manager with operational issues.

Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.

Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.

Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Preparing, filling and filing forms and along with other documents.

Help with overall operations duties.

Attending to any correspondence and emails by clients and other related parties.

Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market.

Work with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.

Updating logs and order forms.

Coordinate between operators and drivers to ensure smooth delivery to site.

Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.

Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
